We Make Learning Fun
Since 1955, Chatterbox Day School's goal has been to promote the development and advancement of young children.

We believe this is achieved by creating a learning environment of fun and happiness, nurturing their emotional needs through age-appropriate preschool and pre-kindergarten programs. We are widely recognized by educators and parents as "simply the best."

We have since grown from a 1-room schoolhouse in Bay Shore to our modern, spacious building in East Islip, featuring 7 large, bright classrooms and a 1,300 square-foot indoor gym. We are very  proud to have many second-generation students now attending!

A Trusted Staff
All staff members are fingerprinted and cleared by the New York State Central Registry. Staff members regularly attend workshops and seminars to continue their professional development and keep them at the top of their game. We are honored to have staff that have been part of the 'Chatterbox Family' for over 30 years. Early childhood education is clearly their passion and chosen profession.
